円陣プレイヤーのHanneke van Drielです。
2月1日（日）に、円陣プロジェクト「Both Ways」の取り組みの一環として、
体験型アートワークショップ「豆腐作り体験」を開催します。

選び抜かれた⼤⾖と清らかな⽔を使い、
昔ながらの製法で丁寧に仕上げる⾖腐づくり体験です。

⼤⾖をすり、⽕にかけ、ゆっくりと形を変えていく⼯程を
五感で楽しみながら、出来⽴ての⾖腐をその場で味わえます。
⼿仕事ならではの温もりとやさしい⾹りに包まれ、
⼼が静かに満たされるひととき。

初めての⽅やお⼦様連れでも安⼼してご参加いただけます。

[Participants wanted | Workshop information to be held on February 1st]

I’m Hanneke van Driel, a Enzin player.
On Sunday, February 1st, as part of the Enzin Project “Both Ways,”
we’ll be holding a hands-on art workshop called “Tofu Making Experience.”

Using carefully selected soybeans and pure  water,
this workshop offers a traditional tofu-making experience inspired by old-fashioned methods.
You will grind the soybeans, heat them, and gently watch as they slowly transform into tofu.
By engaging all five senses, you can taste freshly made tofu with a rich, authentic flavor.
Surrounded by the warmth of handmade work and a gentle aroma, this experience brings a sense of calm and quiet joy.
First-time participants are very welcome and can join with confidence.

Date and Time: Sunday, February 1, 2026, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Higashihiroshima Arts and Culture Hall Kurara　 (7-19 Saijo Sakaemachi, Higashihiroshima City)
Participation Fee: Free
Target Ages: 8 years and older. *Elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
